Anne specializes in legislative matters and regulatory compliance within the alcohol beverage industry.  Anne regularly represents clients before state and local commissions, the TTB, and other regulatory agencies.

Throughout her career, Anne has built an extensive civil litigation practice, defending clients in alcohol beverage, healthcare, and other highly regulated industries.  Anne works closely with e-commerce and technology-based companies, focusing on emerging alcohol industry practices and compliance strategies.  She has testified before state legislatures as an expert on alcohol delivery and other industry issues and has drafted model legislation and rules designed to foster the evolution and growth of the alcohol beverage industry within the nation’s complex three-tier regulatory schemes. 

Prior to pursuing her legal career, Anne worked for SKYY Spirits, where she developed an appreciation for the business side of the industry, working directly with the company’s principal officers through its early stages of growth, success and acquisition by the Campari Group.
