Sara is the firm’s Licensing Director and coordinates with federal, state, and local, state agencies on behalf of industry clients. Since 2008, Sara has worked directly with alcohol beverage manufacturers, national restaurant chains, and local retail licensees to manage all facets of their licensing and compliance needs, including new business applications, license renewals, corporate amendments, and changes in ownership notices. Sara ensures that all governmental authorizations, ranging from annual reports, public way permits, trademark renewals and public health certifications, all remain up-to-date and fully compliant. Sara obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago prior to completing Loyola’s post-baccalaureate program in Paralegal Studies where she graduated with high honors.
